Currently, there are a high number of properties suitable for office use for sale on the market, some of which are completely leased out, offering secure and highly competitive returns, exceeding the standards of most other European countries.

In 2006, of a total of 1.8 million square metres of available office space in all categories, 1.2 million square metres fell into category A. The rent per square metre ranges from app. €13-14/m²/month for A category office space to €9-12m²/month in category B.
