Payment terms

The first instalment, representing 10 percent of the total purchase price, is made in the form of down payment. Subsequent payments will be made in accordance with the progress of construction. The final instalment of 5 percent is paid when the permit of occupation has been issued.

Location

This four-building complex will be completed in a traditional residential district, which nevertheless has an urban feel and is close to the centre of Pest. The new district centre will be built at a distance of 300 metres, along with the underground station of the new line currently under construction.
