Payment terms
You can reserve the apartment for a period of 21 days by the payment of €3,000. This is the period required for the preparation of the sale and purchase agreement and other documents. 20 percent of the gross purchase price is paid when the sale and purchase agreement has been signed (the down payment considered part of the 20 percent). Subsequent payments will be made in accordance with the progress of construction. The final instalment of 10 percent is paid when the permit of occupation has been issued.
Location
The Orange Grove is situated within an urban zone, very close to the city centre, with lots of offices, headquarters of multinational companies etc. in the neighbourhood. The new government centre has been planned to be built nearby.
Public transport connections are very good, with three bus lines into the centre and another one to the station of the blue underground line, which connects to the office centres of Váci Avenue and the centre.
In the nearby streets there are schools, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, markets, shopping centres, parks, sports facilities, etc.
