Payment terms
You can reserve the apartment for a period of 21 days by the payment of €3,000. This is the period required for the preparation of the sale and purchase agreement and other documents. 20 percent of the gross purchase price is paid when the sale and purchase agreement has been signed (the down payment considered part of the 20 percent). Subsequent payments will be made in accordance with the progress of construction (20%-25%-30%-15%-10%).
